Next up, meet Jennifer from Jennifer Bach Photography, one of our amazing wedding photographers. Read a bit about her and her business, see examples of her incredible work, and read her answers to our questions about her business and her personal life.

“I'm Jennifer of Jennifer Bach Photography. After working in the interior design industry for ten years, I decided to follow my love for photography and Jennifer Bach Photography was established in 2009. I love capturing moments, connections and emotions, and completely fell in love with wedding photography. I'm lucky enough to work with my amazing husband John as my permanent second shooter! Being a husband and wife team is a true advantage because we know each other so well and work together seamlessly. Our style is natural and laid back. Most of the day we are in the background capturing the day as it unfolds. Being a wedding photographer is just about the greatest job ever. We have the privilege of being with our couples on one of the happiest days of their lives and helping preserve their memories for years to come. We love hearing back from our couples that they can relive their wedding day through their images.”

How did you get into photography?
I studied photography in college, but really got into it when we had kids. I loved capturing all of their milestones. I never would have imagined that it would lead to falling in love with wedding photography when our friends asked us to shoot theirs!

What do you love about being a wedding photographer?
We love getting to know our couples. We love the idea of giving them images that let them relive their beautiful day, over and over. We love capturing their connection and their relationships with their loves ones. And we love that they’ll show these images to their children and grandchildren someday. That’s pretty special.

What are the top three places on your bucket list?
I’ve never been to Ireland and it’s definitely at the top of my list! I’d also love to see Scotland and Portugal. And I’d love to return to Italy and England.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to spend time with family and friends. Lots of time at the soccer field or traveling to watch our oldest fence for his college. I never thought I’d be a sports mom but I love it! I also love to eat, so cooking and going to great restaurants also tops the list.

Which season in your favorite and why?
I love fall! Fall in New England is just so beautiful. I love the crisp air and the golden hour with the changing leaves is amazing to photograph.
