Row 7 Seed Company, founded by Dan Barber of Blue Hill Farm, Micheal Mazourek, and Matthew Goldfarb, is connecting plant breeders and chefs to develop new seeds and revive old varieties, prioritizing flavorful, nutrient dense plants.
