PADDLE FITNESS WORKSHOP
Make a splash on the stand up paddle board with a unique workshop based on surf and paddle balance training and simple calisthenics. Warm the body with paddle cardio and then build strength in the arms, legs, butt and core. Conclude with a cool down stretch and sense of empowerment!
