Named Best New Chef 2016 by Food and Wine magazine, Michelin starred chef and four time James Beard Award nominee Iliana Regan joins 85th Day Food Community chef and partner James Wayman for an eight course dinner, challenging their creative process and presented entirely in a black and white palette. Held at the historic Stone Acres Farm manor house, the dinner will feature seasonal ingredients sourced from our thriving coastal food community. A black and white drink pairing will be curated by Heather Wayman and Jade Ayala.
